Most people know that's important to eat five servings of fruits and vegetables. But a fruit and vegetables with a different color, people could gain the best health benefits. Every different color on fruits and vegetables contains a unique health component and important to our health.
Fruits and vegetables is the best nature foods which rich of nutrition so it's important for our healthy. Processed food that usually we eat, can't be compared with the health benefits from strawberry or broccoli which have a fiber and vitamin.

1. Red fruits and vegetables
