1. Avoid from direct sunlight.

If you ignore this things, it would be a serious. Lack a vitamins to your skin will decrease the skin performance. Consuming a D vitamins and the foods which contains a lot of vitamins like a salmon fish, milk and fruits like orange, banana, apple, and papaya.
