3 Tips For Healthy Eyes

Alright, eyes is one of a sense to see, yups !
Some people might be think it's easy to take care of it, but it really doesn't what they expected. Even myself ever consider it's too easy to take care, and finally i got nearsighted when aged 15.

It's very important to caring your eyes, because if you are have been already got eye illness like farsighted, nearsighted, and generally what the happen is eyesore.
If you're often gets eyesore, it's got a high risk to get an nearsighted or farsighted which is that's mean your eyes need a serious treatment for it.

Here is i will share to you by on my own experience to take care on my eyes.

1. Rest your eyes for every 15 minutes in front of Gadget 

This is the main tips, take care your eyes. The gadget like computers monitor, smartphone, and even television emits the radiation. Yes, maybe you can't feel it happened to your eyes, but did your eyes ever feel tired when you watch the monitor in a long-term ?
Yes, that's the effect of the radiation.
You could rest your eyes by close your eyes for 10 seconds then open it for 5 seconds and do it again for 3 - 5 minutes. While you doing this, it's better to do in outside of the room, see a your garden or a green environment, anything excepts the monitor.

2. Ideally sleeping 8 - 9 hours a day

9 hours a day was divided for 8 hours at night and 1 hour at afternoon. Why it's only need 1 hour ? The facts is 1 hour is more than enough to sleep at afternoon, 30 minutes is the normal time . Because when you sleep more than 1 hour, it could make your body feels to fatigue or stand up and also you would feel so lazy to continue your work, and always wash your face every you wake up. It will refresh your eyes.
When you do this, just do it routinely, I'm sure it will make a changes. Do you want to take care or just to make it worst ? Intention is needed to do this things

3. Eat a fruits and vegetables with a high of vitamins A

A diet, especially if you eat fruits and vegetables with high A vitamins could support you to get a healthy eyes. Don't eat just one kind of them, you should try all of those fruits and vegetables. And note that Red Meat is one of the factor that could make a layer which would make a nearsightedness. It doesn't mean to don't eat red meat, but you should limit it and also balancing with eat those fruits and vegetables.
